Our Capabilities
The Research Institute for Risk Intelligence helps organizations craft a culture that yields innovation and initiative.
We work with our clients to identify how best to create the outcomes that will strengthen their competitive advantage. We serve as internal advocates, advisors, strategists and coaches.
Lead by organizational risk expert and author Jim McCormick, the Institute provides fresh perspectives, ideas and methods to make your organization more effective and nimble.
Core to the strategies we work with our clients to develop is the understanding that organizations are most successful when they approach risk as a tool to be utilized as opposed to a threat to be minimized. A key element of most strategies developed by the Institute is smart incentives that affirm the desired behaviors and outcomes.
